Counseling ahead of Mass Marriages organised by Tiko Council in prelude to the 8th edition of African Civil Status Day schedule for August 10, 2025
The Counseling headed by Tiko Council fourth Deputy Mayor, Waindim Rudolf representing Mayor HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III in the presence of the chief of Bureau Civil status Mrs Anna Enanga and a Civil Status Staff, Miss Dora Tiki had in attendance over 32 Couples who will finalised their marriages on Sunday August 10, 2025 at the Tiko Council Banquet Hall.
During the exercise, Tiko Council fourth Deputy Mayor, Waindim Rudolf educated the couples on the importance of getting married which will protect them, their Children and properties
He went further by advising and guiding them on how they will put on their rings on the D day that is Sunday August 10, 2025.
It should be noted that on Sunday August 10, 2025 during the celebration of the African Civil Status Day, Tiko Council will legalised over 32 Marriages (Free) and issue over free 100 Birth certificates to children born within Tiko Municipality
