Tiko Council under the stewardship of HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III has given a New Year gift to the population of Street 7 Motombolombo and New layout Tiko.

The construction of a bridge around Anglican church over the Ndongo River linking Street 7 Motombolombo and New layout Tiko will be executed anytime soon.

The construction of a permanent bridge from the semi bridge will be motorable and will go a long way to ease the movement of Goods and persons from New layout neighborhood to other parts of the municipality.

The announcement of the construction of the bridge on January 2, 2025 was made known to the population at the construction site by the mayor of Tiko Council HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III in the presence of Tiko Council Communal Development officer HRH Mbollo Ndedi Yves, chief of Technical Service madam Glory Agbor, chief of Town Planning Engineer John Esunge, fourth Deputy Mayor Waindim Rudolf, Councillors Frankline Menkem and Edwin Ekamba, Quarter Heads of Quarter Six Mola Molua Mokake and New layout Pa Mbu Besong and denizens of the neighborhoods.

To the inhabitants of the neighbourhoods, the construction of a permanent bridge at Anglican Church will be a Blessings to them as they were almost abandoned to themselves.
