The distribution tour that took place on Thursday November 28th, 2024 was carried out the Fourth Deputy Mayor, Waindim Rudolf, alongside the Inspector of Basic Education for Tiko sub division, Madame Mbong Elizabeth, Head of the civil status office, Madame Enanga Itambi.

The campaign that is being sponsored by the Norwegian Refugee, is in partnership with the Tiko Council.

It should be noted that over 525 Birth Certificates were distributed and the schools that benefited are; GS Upper Costain 1 and 2, PS Tiko Town, GS Mutengene 1,2 and 3, Our Mother Bilingual Nusery and Primary school Ombe New Layout, Little Learners and CBC Mutengene as part of the “My Name Campaign” sensitization organised by the Tiko Council.

At the end of the exercise, Mayor Waindim Rudolf called on all the Head Teachers of the various schools to continue registering their pupils since “My Name Campaign is on going.
